Junie Support

Answers to the common questions — and a real human behind the email for everything else.

Does logging work without internet?

Yes — always. Log anything at any time; Junie saves it on your phone instantly and syncs to your family when you're back online. You never lose an entry to a dead zone.

How do voice logs work? Is my audio uploaded?

No. Your speech is turned into text by Apple's speech recognition — on your device on supported iPhones — and only the text transcript is read by Junie's AI to draft log entries. Nothing is saved until you confirm the card.

How do I invite my partner, a grandparent, or a nanny?

Family tab → Invite. Choose their role (Caregiver can log; Viewer can only see), and share the code. They create their own account — no shared passwords, ever. Free plans include one invited caregiver; Junie Plus removes the limit.

How do I manage or cancel my Junie Plus subscription?

Settings → Manage subscription, or your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling keeps Plus until the end of the paid period. Purchases are handled by Apple, so refund requests also go through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do restore purchases on a new phone?

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then Settings → Restore purchases (also on the paywall). Your subscription follows your Apple ID.

How do I export or delete my data?

Export: Settings → Export CSV — free for everyone, always. Delete: Settings → Delete account & all data permanently erases your account and every log, photo, and check-in from our servers. It's immediate and irreversible.

Is Junie medical advice?

No. Junie shares general information and patterns from your own logs — never diagnosis, treatment, or medication guidance. For anything about your baby's or your own health, your pediatrician or OB is always the right call. If it feels urgent, call emergency services.

Still stuck, found a bug, or have an idea?

Email hello@junie.baby — it reaches the family that builds Junie (yes, the one with the actual baby June). We answer fast; we're up at 2am anyway.
